Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

The following Terms and Conditions apply to SadoToys Gift Cards purchased through our website sadotoys.com. By purchasing SadoToys Gift Cards, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as those set forth on our web site (Disclaimer & Right of withdrawal). SadoToys reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate these terms and conditions without notice. The latest terms and conditions can be found at sadotoys.com.

PURCHASE

To purchase or use a SadoToys Gift Card, the purchaser and intended recipient must both be of legal age under the laws of their respective countries of residence.

SadoToys Gift Cards can be used online at sadotoys.com in any country worldwide, regardless of the country of purchase. The maximum value of each SadoToys Gift Card is limited to €2,000, with a minimum value of €25. You can use SadoToys Gift Cards to pay for all or part of the cost of the selected item(s). If the value of your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you can use an additional payment method to complete your purchase, see the Shipping and Payment section for more information.

You can accumulate SadoToys Gift Cards and use more than one to pay for your order. Furthermore, you can purchase multiple Gift Cards of different values for different recipients.

DELIVERY

The SadoToys Gift Card is only available as a digital Gift Card and will be sent to an e-mail address provided by the customer immediately after payment is completed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate e-mail address. SadoToys disclaims all responsibility for incorrect e-mail addresses and, once the transaction has been made, it cannot be cancelled.

REDEEM

To redeem your SadoToys Gift Card, enter the full code in the Gift Card field on the payment page. The code consists of 16 alphanumeric characters (example: G4SF-CBDB-C8MD-F8TP). The code associated with the Gift Card will be sent to the e-mail address of the intended recipient.
The recipient is responsible for protecting the Gift Card from unauthorized use. Do not share your Gift Card code with third parties. SadoToys accepts no liability for the loss of the e-mail containing the Gift Card or for its use without the customer's consent.

VALIDITY

SadoToys Gift Cards are valid for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. After this period has elapsed, the Gift Card can no longer be used for purchases and any remaining unused amount will not be refunded.

REFUND

SadoToys Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency. Refunds will not be accepted once the Gift Card has been partially used.
Refunds for products purchased with the Gift Card will be credited back to the original Gift Card and the funds will be available until the Gift Card expires (The validity period remains the time of the gift card's purchase). Refunds will only be made in accordance with our Right of withdrawal policy. No refunds will be given for expired Gift Cards.

LIMITATIONS

SadoToys Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. SadoToys Gift Cards may not be recharged, resold, used for payments outside the sadotoys.com website, used for advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotions or unauthorised commercial purposes, or any other unauthorised or illegal purposes.

BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using a SadoToys Gift Card, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and not to use the SadoToys Gift Card in any deceptive, fraudulent, unfair or harmful manner towards SadoToys or its customers. SadoToys reserves the right, without prior notice, to cancel Gift Cards without refund, cancel or limit orders if it is suspected that a Gift Card has been obtained or used fraudulently, illegally or otherwise violates our Policies.
